1. CIPRO document of the company or close corporation.
2. VAT registration certificate.
3. Identity documents of all the directors/ members
4. Proof of residents of all the directors/members

This application need to be completed within 7 (seven) working days, failing which the offer would lapse and be of now further force or effect.
